Forestry Products

River City Software offers the PictureTally family of products to hardwood lumber manufacturers. PictureTally is a complete system that uses digital photography to perform fast, accurate lumber bundle tallies. The PictureTally web-based viewer displays a facility’s tallied inventory, pictures and detailed statistical analysis of the lumber. Services we provide to hardwood manufacturers include: PictureTally and integration into existing inventory systems, product installation, training and support. We work closely with our customers in the lumber industry to implement new features, tools and automation for their business.

Machine Control

We've designed and developed many machine and process control systems. Projects include control and reporting systems for printing presses, optical storage systems, battery production facilities, medical instrumentation and automated test equipment.
